WELCOME TO SOUTHAMPTON HOMEBID - EXPLORE YOUR HOUSING OPTIONS AND FIND A NEW HOME
Homebid is the allocations scheme for Council and Housing Association accommodation in Southampton, giving you choice about where you want to live.
You can use Homebid to look for properties and place bids. You need to be registered on Southampton’s Housing Register before you can bid.
The demand for general needs Council and Housing Association accommodation in Southampton far exceeds the number of homes available. We are not able to help everyone that applies. The needs of those requiring supported accommodation for older people (60+) is more easily met.
If you are not registered, you will need to complete a Housing Register application form, available here or visit Gateway at One Guildhall Square.
The scheme covers all the available Council and Housing Association homes in Southampton, including accommodation for older people. The scheme is for existing Council and Housing Association tenants, as well as those applying for the first time.
