Your User ID and Pin

If you have been registered you will have been sent you User ID and Pin Number by your local authority or housing association. Please contact them directly if you do not have these. The contact us button at the top of the page has the details of how to do this.

Both numbers should be 6 figures long.

You can log in under the section for “Registered Users”

Enter your User ID and PIN in the boxes named User ID and PIN then click on the “Login” button-if you have entered the number wrong you will get a message asking you to check and try again. If this continues you will need to check your case is loaded yet or has not been cancelled. The contact us button at the top of the page has the details of how to do this.

To login, please enter your Homebid reference number as your user ID (enter the number only, not 'SCC') and your date of birth as your PIN. The PIN is a 6 figure number without spaces; for example, if your date of birth is 8th November 1967 you must enter 081167.
